Key Determinants of Job Satisfaction among University Lecturers

Creating job satisfaction for employees can help organizations maintain their and save more on costs from searching new ones. Therefore, a primary goal of this research was to investigate how work–family conflict, workload, stress influenced university lecturers’ work satisfaction. To accomplish the current aim, researchers invited 450 respondents who were holding positions as lecturers at any in Thailand. Next, structural equation model employed analyze 387 valid data points. In gender statistics, 45.2% male while 54.8% female respondents. Moreover, obtained mean scores (1.54) with standard deviation (0.49). Based age most joined between 20 30 years old (41.3%) followed by 31–41 (24.5%), 41–50 (19.9%), above 50 (14.2%). Meanwhile, 2.07 1.09.
